A customer from Germany's day trip on ReadyOn
Makes Welding Easier!
——2026/4/25

A customer from Germany made a special trip to visit ReadyOn's cobot welding demonstration site to inspect the intelligent welding equipment's performance and process quality firsthand, observe the complete welding process up close, and deeply evaluate the equipment's overall performance. ReadyOn's business and technical teams accompanied and received the customer throughout the visit.
German manufacturing is renowned for its stringent standards and high precision requirements. The customer's visit to the welding site was specifically attracted by ReadyOn's intelligent technology and mature application cases of cobot welding. They hoped to directly verify the equipment's welding quality, stability, and automated operation capabilities through hands-on observation, providing an on-site evaluation for future procurement and project cooperation.
During the visit, the customer went directly to the cobot welding demonstration area. To visually demonstrate the equipment's actual operating effects, technicians started the collaborative welding unit on-site, demonstrating the entire process from workpiece positioning, intelligent trajectory recognition, automatic welding to weld formation. The equipment operated smoothly and stably, with flexible and gentle movements, precise and controllable welding trajectory, and uniform and aesthetically pleasing weld formation, perfectly showcasing ReadyOn's outstanding advantages in robot welding: high efficiency, low error, and ease of operation.

During the demonstration, the client carefully observed the welding results, focusing on the equipment's debugging logic, welding precision capabilities, and human-machine collaborative operation mode. Technical personnel provided detailed explanations regarding the client's concerns about intelligent debugging, post-maintenance, material compatibility, and mass production capabilities, comprehensively showcasing ReadyOn's mature applications in pipeline welding, pressure vessel welding, and general metal component welding.
The client expressed satisfaction with the on-site demonstration, highly recognizing the stability, consistency, and intelligence of the collaborative robot welding. The client stated that compared to traditional manual welding, intelligent welding robots effectively avoid human error, consistently control weld quality, and are better suited to the standardized and large-scale production needs of modern factories.
The visit was concise and efficient, concluding successfully in a harmonious atmosphere. At the end of the visit, the German client and staff took a group photo at the demonstration site.
