Client from Kazakhstan Gets a Close-Up Look at Cobot

A client from Kazakhstan made a special trip to the ReadyOn factory for an on-site visit and inspection. Accompanied throughout by the ReadyOn sales team, the client arrived smoothly at the facility. The purpose of this visit was to move beyond online images and videos and gain a tangible, up-close understanding of our collaborative robot (cobot) welding equipment, specifically to observe its actual operation and the quality of the finished welds.

The client has a long-standing need for welding equipment and was already familiar with ReadyOn’s parent brand, NODHA, particularly regarding pipeline welding products. Having gained a preliminary understanding of ReadyOn products online, the client arranged this visit to directly verify the equipment's practicality, stability, and suitability for their specific site conditions.

The client focused on key aspects such as the cobot welding system's overall configuration, ease of operation, operational stability, and the quality of the finished welds. To meet these requirements, our technical team conducted a comprehensive, detailed on-site demonstration. They showcased the entire operational workflow—from equipment setup and path teaching to automatic welding and weld bead formation—providing the client with a clear, step-by-step view of the process.

Additionally, our technicians provided detailed explanations regarding the hardware specifications and structural advantages of the welding unit and robotic arm, as well as their suitability for various working conditions and guidelines for daily use. This ensured the client fully understood the system's performance highlights and product details. Compared to traditional welding methods, cobot welding offers ease of use, a short learning curve, and consistent weld quality. It effectively addresses common issues associated with manual welding—such as inconsistent results, reliance on highly skilled veteran welders, and limited efficiency—making it an ideal solution for the client's current production line upgrade needs.

Following the demonstration, the client closely inspected the finished welds; the smooth, uniform weld beads and consistent quality left a strong impression. We also patiently addressed specific questions raised on-site—covering equipment adaptability, operating costs, maintenance, and workpiece compatibility—by relating them to real-world application scenarios, thereby helping the client fully grasp the product's advantages and practical value.
