Client from Kazakhstan Gets a Close-Up Look at Cobot
Makes Welding Easier!
——2026/10/14

A client from the United States traveled specifically to visit the ReadyOn factory. Accompanied throughout by the ReadyOn business team, the client arrived at the facility to gain a firsthand, tangible understanding of our collaborative robot (cobot) welding systems—moving beyond what could be seen in online images and videos to observe the equipment in actual operation and examine the quality of the finished welds.
Having a long-term need for welding equipment, the client was already familiar with ReadyOn’s offerings—specifically those for pipe welding—through our parent brand, NODHA. To better evaluate the practicality, stability, and on-site suitability of the equipment, the client arranged this visit to witness the system’s real-world performance and the resulting weld quality.
The client focused on the overall configuration of the cobot welding system, its ease of operation, operational stability, and the quality of the final welded products. Our technical team conducted a comprehensive, detailed on-site demonstration, walking the client through the entire operational workflow—from initial setup and path teaching to automated welding and final weld bead formation—ensuring a clear and complete understanding.

Additionally, our technical staff provided an in-depth overview of the hardware—including the welding power source and the robotic arm—highlighting their structural advantages, suitable operating environments, and essential maintenance guidelines. This allowed the client to fully grasp the performance highlights and specific product details. Compared to traditional manual welding, these cobots offer simple operation, a short learning curve, and superior consistency. They effectively address common challenges such as inconsistent weld quality, heavy reliance on highly skilled (and often scarce) welders, and limited production efficiency—making them an ideal solution for the client’s current production line upgrade requirements.
Following the demonstration, the client closely inspected the finished welds; the smooth, uniform beads and consistent quality left a strong impression. We also addressed the client’s specific questions regarding equipment integration, operational costs, long-term maintenance, and workpiece compatibility, providing detailed answers based on real-world application scenarios to help the client clearly understand the product’s advantages and its practical value for their operations.
