Customers from Myanmar Observed the Collaborative Robot Welding Solution

After returning from the 135th Canton Fair, a delegation of important customers from Myanmar visited ReadyOn's factory for technical discussions, primarily seeking advanced automation solutions for the welding process between their tank truck frames and tank bodies. After witnessing a live test welding demonstration using the collaborative robot, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the excellent welding quality and streamlined operation process, making the entire discussion efficient and smooth.

Based on the customer's needs, the ReadyOn technical team selected a workpiece for on-site test welding. The collaborative robot precisely followed a pre-set trajectory and completed the weld with smooth and consistent motion. The weld seam was smooth and flat, free of defects such as pores and cracks. The customer then inspected the weld thickness and sealing on-site to confirm that it met their expectations. Following the test welding, the customer requested on-site training based on their production needs, hoping the team would quickly master equipment operation, routine maintenance, and welding parameter tuning techniques.
