ReadyOn Customizes Welding Cobot for Partner GIRET

ReadyOn and its long-term strategic partner GIRET have partnered again! Based on GIRET's factory production environment, workpiece characteristics, and daily welding needs, we tailored a dedicated welding cobot for them. Delivery, on-site installation and commissioning have been successfully completed, and a full set of hands-on process training has been implemented. GIRET is a very important long-term partner of ours, primarily manufacturing equipment for steel plate milling and chamfering, with a mature production line system. With the increasing number of production orders and increasingly stringent product process requirements in recent years, traditional manual welding methods have gradually become unable to keep up with the production pace, often resulting in long processing times, unstable efficiency, and inconsistent weld quality. To better suit the factory's real-world usage scenarios and fundamentally solve the customer's production problems, we customized a more adaptable welding robot solution, ensuring the equipment perfectly matches the factory's operating environment and workpiece processing needs.

Compared to general-purpose welding equipment on the market, this customized robot boasts greater adaptability and practicality, perfectly matching GIRET's workpiece specifications and operating space. Once deployed, it effectively simplifies the welding process, eliminating numerous repetitive and tedious manual operations, significantly shortening production time, and improving overall operational efficiency. After the equipment was installed, debugged, and stabilized, our technicians conducted detailed one-on-one practical training to enable the customer team to quickly learn and operate it independently. The training focused entirely on the customer's real-world production scenarios, avoiding complex theories and focusing solely on practical skills. It emphasized hands-on instruction for frequently used core processes such as multi-layer, multi-pass welding and intermittent welding, providing detailed explanations of parameter adjustments, trajectory debugging, operational points, and routine equipment maintenance.
